Met with Deanna. she is so sweet, very informative very helpful. I viewed an available unit. The unit and property overall are very well kept and spacious . I was pleasantly surprised as I'm considering downsizing from a house. Appears I may not have to get rid of all of my belongings. scenic super convenient with all of the shopping options nearby. I'd absolutely recommend.

I lived at Willow Run for almost six years, and unfortunately my overall experience was very negative. The biggest issue throughout my entire stay was a serious and recurring mice problem. Despite trying everything like setting traps, contacting maintenance, and even having staff check behind the oven, the problem was forever going. The building is very old, with cracks in the walls and structure everywhere, making it almost impossible to fully seal all the entry points. The mice are tiny and were able to climb from the first floor through the storage room and into my apartment. The kitchen and storage room share the same wall, and there are visible gaps and cracks between them, which makes it easy for mice to move in and out. I'm not trying to shed negative light on the community, but want people to be able to make an informed decision about where they live. I see a number of reviews that boast quiet units with thick walls. That may be true for some, but certainly not for all. I am in a first floor unit and hear everything that goes on above me...children running constantly, the toilet flushing, people using the toilet (😖), the dryer buzzing, talking, humming the baby to sleep, the baby crying when it's not asleep...and the list goes on and on. If you value your peace and quiet I would recommend choosing your unit carefully.

i really love Willow Run. Maintenance Staff and Office are very responsive to your needs. Grounds are kept up. Snow removal and trash pick up prompt.

I Don't Normally Do Reviews but , I just think this was Necessary for the Public to know if your looking for an Excellent place to live!!! Just a Comfortable & Safe well Maintained place to live Willow Run Luxury Apts is your Spot to live Basically Condo living at its Best ! We just renewed our lease for another year and I just want to say HOW WONDERFUL Deanna is in the Leasing office and Rob What a Great Guy & Dave and I know there are a few others to mention in maintenance are just incredible! We just had a Serious Storm that hit our buildings and yes we were evacuated but they made sure we got out safe along with Fire and Peco and whoever else was on scene last week when the Storm / Tornado hit .We were able to reenter our property the next day safely and they made sure we were comfort
