Regency Towers Apartments

I am a newer resident and have been living here for the last six months and LOVE IT HERE! The apartment unit is light, bright and spacious. The property management team, maintenance team and concierge members are helpful and quick to respond. I would highly recommend living at the Regency Towers!

The staff here is great. Maintenance is quick to respond, the office staff is welcoming and the place is just all around nice. It truly feels like home here. I’d also like to take a moment to recognize Calis for his hard work. He is an asset to the company and who you want as an employee

Regency Towers is a very pleasant place to live.. There are so many pluses. It's very safe, clean and well staffed. The complex has a lot of amenities from the pool to the tennis courts. I would highly recommend taking a tour seeing for yourself.

What I Like: 1). The people in the management office are courteous, professional, and always do their best to help. 2). They keep the outside of the building and the grounds in good condition. 3). They do a good job on snow removal. 4). They have nice events and services for the residents. 5). People here are nice 6). In most cases maintenance responds to issues in a timely manner. What I don't like: 1). You're not able to regulate the heat or air conditioning. This is a major problem for me. I have turn the heat on when I go to bed, when it gets too hot, I have to get up and turn it off. Then when it gets cold again, I have to get up and turn it on. This back and forth is a pain and makes me want to move. I don't like not having control over the temperature. 2). Washer and dryers are che
