The Gardens at Willow Grove

Bro don’t rent here they unprofessional they never in the office and they never answer the phone or emails. Took my friend 4 months to get her security deposit back they didn’t have her lease they slapped her signature onto another lease which is forgery. In addition to that they didn’t do the walk through with her but claimed she left the apartment a mess despite them holding her security deposit for months when the law states it’s supposed to be returned 30 days once tenant leaves apartment. Fire extinguishers hasn’t been inspected in years. Paper thin walls. Roach infestation. Then they got the audacity to try to charge a additional $450 for month to month here. They don’t plow the snow manage the property such as sweeping the lot taking care of the plant life outside the complex. We wa

Not worth the money they pay, no parking spots, children bikes all over the lot , in the unit the sealing fell in the kitchen, messed up the food and appliances and was told they wasn't going to replace them. The place just look outdated for the amount of rent that is paid.

It was off to a good start but everything that glitters is not gold. Management does a poor job at handling conflicts, the most they will do is send a email out saying to stop doing something but they don’t enforce it.

Ana and Jessica where both have been amazing , I was leaving in Florida and they made my move here so worth it , and they’ve both been so helpful, this place is very nice and quiet I highly recommend living here ❤️ thank you both for everything you have done for me and my family
