North Crossing Apartments

I’ve had a great experience living at North Crossing Apartments. The community is very clean, well-maintained, and peaceful. There is plenty of parking available, and the neighbors are quiet and respectful. The management team is attentive and responsive, which makes a big difference. Overall, it offers great value for the price, and I would definitely recommend it.

I moved from Pennsylvania to Massachusetts early 2023. I experienced a gut wrenching experience in Massachusetts and moved back to Pennsylvania and found this gem. I moved here 6/1/24 under the old management and I thought I found the perfect home. I had absolutely no complaints at all. Guessing around September or October 2025 New management took over and sent out notices of upgrades in “some” of the units giving tenants the option to upgrade to another unit, and asked tenants to be patient about some changes which would involve construction. The notice gave the “ allusion “ moving to an upgraded unit was optional. No,no, no. I happen to call and asked if I wanted my unit updated, how would I go about doing that. I was told the “All units “ will be updated and tenants have the option of m

New owners dramatically raising rents and adding required utilitie costs. Added mandatory trash and recyclable pick up and charging for it.

I've been a tenant for 2 years now and have no complaints. There has always been a letter on my door days in advance of when they come in to do yearly HVAC inspections. When I've had maintenance issues the staff has been extraordinarily responsive (poor man came out on Easter even after I said it could really wait) and always very pleasant. The area itself is secure and well lit. While I realize everyone's experience is different, I I love living here and have referred friends.

I lived at North Crossing Apartments for 3 years. I truly loved living there. The staff were absolutely wonderful. I never had any issues that were not dealt with in a professional manner.
