Jamestown Village Apartments

I lived at Jamestown for 3 years and never really had too many issues.Maintenance is timely and polite.Alyce is very unprofessional and nosy. As long as you don’t have to deal with the office,you should be okay. Wouldn’t recommend this place.

Moved in this week. Their portal was user friendly to complete necessary tasks prior to move in. The office staff was helpful and quickly answered any questions that came up.

I really enjoyed my time at the Jamestown Village Apartments! The community is very peaceful, the maintenance staff is incredibly timely with requests, and the office staff was always helpful. They were very forthcoming with information and allowed a form of a short-term lease that was perfect for my needs. I moved due to work relocation, but otherwise would have likely renewed my lease another year!

I’ve lived here for almost a year now and I’m very happy here. Maintenance is always very fast when I submit any requests. The pool and playground are also well kept and nice. Alyce gave me a tour of the building before I moved in and she has been exceptional and so friendly. I just renewed my lease for another year!
