I feel very happy living here. I’m currently living here during my sophomore year while attending PSU Abington, and it has been a great experience. Mattie, the property manager, is kind, attentive, and always willing to help in any way she can. When I had an issue with my personal chair, Mattie herself personally called me and even came over, which really meant a lot. The issue was fixed right away by maintenance, and they generally always respond very quickly and get the job done well. Everything is always clean and organized, which makes living here feel easy and hassle-free. I’m truly glad I chose to live here and don’t regret it at all.

Came to visit a friend, and I am so jealous she lives here!!! The clubhouse is so nice, and I wish I came while the pool was open. The gym is spacious, and I had a great time. Damon helped me out with a tour, hope to visit again soon.

I’ve had a great experience living here so far! The community manager is professional, responsive, and truly cares about the residents. The front desk staff are always friendly and welcoming, and maintenance is quick, efficient, and reliable whenever something is needed :)

551 North provides an excellent living experience with spacious floor plans, in-unit laundry, amazing amenities, and friendly staff. I can’t wait for the pool to open back up this summer, as it’s a fantastic area to lounge and enjoy the warm weather. The location of the property is also very convenient and it’s quick to get to and from major highways. I would recommend this property to anyone searching for an apartment in the area!

From the very first moment that I walked into a unit at 551 North, I knew I wanted to live here. The maintenance team quickly responds to any problem. They do a great job there. Mattie, the Property Manager is a true professional and a great person! I always look forward to seeing the staff in the Clubhouse. All of them are a pleasure to talk with.
