Willow Creek Crossing Apartments

You'd live here for the location. It's right outside the 185th/Willowcreek Max Station. Great location for folks that do most of their traveling on foot. It has good PCC access to both the Willow Creek and Rock Creek campuses. And it has a Goodwill across the street I don't live here, and have only interacted with the previous management, but seeing as I solely would value living here for it's location, doesn't seem like a change in management warrants any change in my opinion that it's a great location for a home.

Management sucks, security and feeling safe in this building is little to none! My disabled cousin lives in the apartments alone. Someone tried to break into her apartment (law enforcement even said the lock was damage from someone trying to break in), she request management to review the cameras they say they didn’t see anything so she request them to view for a few days prior to the day she noticed the lock and management said she looked for two hours over 72 hours of footage and didn’t see anything! Sorry but you can’t view 72 hours of footage in 2 hours. Someone is covering for someone! And they now wanna charge her $3000+ to break her lease because she doesn’t feel safe! Mind you she isn’t physically disabled she is mentally disabled, she should feel safe secure in her home! Do your j

Maintenance is always friendly and quick to help with needed repairs, thank you for the kind and positive personality you bring to this community. Manager is also always friendly and helpful and quick to offer a smile. Always grateful Willow Creek gave my daughter and I a place to call home.

Edit: 2/17/25 Under new management, Mission Rock Residential. Since taking over they have cancelled the security contact for this building and there are now roaches spotted on multiple floors. Changing my review to 1 star. If you're looking for a place where a secured building means nothing, where the office is always closed, any form of management doesn't return emails, phone calls and is never available, and GSL is too cheap and doesn't care enough to provide security, this is the place for you.
