The Patrician Apartments

The Patrician Apartments are located between Beaverton and Hillsboro. access to bus lines and the Willow Creek Max Station. With each apartment, there are windows, name-brand appliances, spacious floor plans, and private decks or patios. There is a seasonal heated pool, clubhouse with fireplace and full kitchen, and 2 laundry facilities on site.  So be prepared to take your laundry to the laundry mat instead of having a washer and dryer if you're used to it.

New management here is non-caring .. it was such a better place when Tiffany and Aaron were managing .. they were understanding and helpful.

Apartment living, its not all peaches and cream, by any means but knowing you have people in your corner wanting to make it your home just as much as you ,it makes all the difference. Tiffany and Aaron have been amazing through the past two years I've lived here! I have a 6 year old pit and she didn't blink and eye accepting him when I had been turned down so many times before just because of his breed, at the least of the things she's done for me.. Tiffany is amazing ! Professionally, They handle business right away and have things fixed dang neer right when I let them know I have a problem, Aaron is absolutely awesome as well , he knows his stuff and is in and out very efficiently! I have rented since April 1 2018 and originally it was a lackluster experience, However, in Sep/Oct there was a management change and its a completely different experience. Tiffany, the current manager is responsive, courteous, professional, and timely in her responses. Grounds are being cleaned up and managed better and many of the "questionable" residents are no longer present. I look forward to the continued improvement.

The Patrician is well kept, inside & out.. as well as quiet with a convenient location in Aloha. The manager does a terrific job and is always pleasant. And the maintenance on the apartments is done promptly when a need arises. Ive been very satisfied with my experience as a tenant here. 5 stars!
