Jefferson Square Apartments

I've been here about 9 months now and love it! Management is very responsive. Any work orders I've put in are addressed quickly. It's quiet, the grounds are lovely and I have awesome neighbors. I couldn't ask for more.

Manager and some tenants are very racist. Her response to all tenant issues is " I let tenants handle their own problems I don't get in it even if effects the apartments." Not a safe place for kids lots of drug addicts walk around at night and leave needles among other things at the playground that she is VERY aware of. I'm not the first or last to feel this way. The manager has already been reported for health and safety hazards several times by others. Manager shows no compassion for kids or adults. If I could give 0 stars I would she should not be a manager! Very disgusting human being. Also beware she asks tenants to leave a good review for money off rent.

Love it here close to store and bus is right out of the apt . Only three complaints one people of parking in other people's spaces too so many damn cats coming to your backyard and mess up your garden you have rats running around and your backyard that's my only problem
