Shaw Terrace Apartments

Don’t not move here !! The manger there is horrible. After three years of her being there she still has no customer service and super RUDE. Her office and outside her home is full of clutter. It appears that homeless people come and hang out and also they do mechanical work on those two trucks in the pictures. She has lots of stuff stored away NOT in her property gathered & covered in blue tarp. Owner ship should be ashamed of how awful her service is there.

I made an appointment with the manager for a set time and day to drop off my filled out application and copies of all my information. I got there with the money order in hand and all my information in order only to have the office be closed completely and for the next 2 weeks I called every day during business hours only to have the phone go strait to a disconnected voicemail. Manager also lives on sight and does not answer door when you knock even when they are home and they are supposed to be in the office(during my designated appointment time).

Nice property. Absolutely in love with the weeping willows. The manager is a great gal, I would definitely rent here.
