Oak Creek Meadows

Small, quiet complex. I was there for about 3 years and just moved. I've never had to deal with corporate nonsense here, not once. Things I look for when renting: -Management/maintenance is prompt about fixing maintenance issues, which I had very few of. I can't even really remember what I needed maintenance for other than fixing a toilet seat lid that I broke. -Parking is plentiful. No one parks in your assigned space and there's always extra visitor spaces available. -The decks are huge with good storage and they face a nice nature area. -The apartment layout makes it feel twice as big as it is. -A lot of cupboard/pantry space in kitchen. -Neighbors are all friendly and quiet. -Its not near a busy street so you don't hear cars drive by. -There's a little nature area next to the apartme

Great, decent sized apartments. Quiet. Friendly management. Maintenance requests are fulfilled quickly & thorough. Fair price-compared to other apartment complexes in Beaverton. Parking is not an issue if you come home late. Very safe.

I've enjoyed living at Oak Creek Meadows since 2016. Great management! Lana is friendly, professional, fair, and attentive to resident's needs. The complex is kept quiet and clean.

Horrible management, the walls are paper thin. Noise issues throughout the night with other tenants. Always garbage in the parking lot. Over priced for what u get, and unfair treatment from the management. They do not take responsibility when they mess up.

I lived at Oakcreek Meadows for a couple years. The management was friendly and fair. I would live there again.
