I would give a zero if I could. I lived at the Alexander row house for a little over 2 years and was by far the worst place I’ve ever rented. The Master bathroom tub had a leak and I notified them 6 months into my lease when I noticed something was off and they never fixed it the remaining 21 months. They kept sending out the same maintenance person stating they’re getting “quotes”.. I moved out with this never being fixed. The best part when I moved I had clean carpets!! They couldn’t charge me for the moldy bathroom so they pulled up the carpets and are now charging me over $1,000 for a couple drink stains from my children over the 2ish year period that you could only see from underneath. Not only did they keep my $2,100 deposit they also are charging me an additional $1,400 on top of
Theses are very nice places to live.
