Cascade Woods Apartments

Recent experience .. promos offered are expired by the time the application is in and reviewed . Call and call and get vm only . What you see online is not what the place looks like at all . The Place smelled bad , seen some mold , and if you put money down not even finished signing a lease they lock you in and keep the money even if you not ever moved in and i give zero stars for communication and explaining the process period . Looked at tenants reviews on fb group and looks like he dodged a bullet even losing all that money . Repairs are reported as not done correct or fast enough ,mold has been reported too and a funny weird smell and i too can say that after just walking thru a unit . Cant get ahold of anyone and had to break a lease that never was started or finalized . I dug deep

Cascade Woods was a great move for our family. Aside from the nicely updated units the neighbors and staff have been great! Maintenance is really on top of things and come as soon as they can. Fernando and Thomas have been great in responding to needs and place a lot of attention to detail, you can really tell they care about the work they do! Sherri never fails to have a smile on her face and we could not be more thankful for how helpful she has been. Overall would recommend this as a great place to live in!

The maintenance team was consistently reliable, responsive, and professional. Any time I submitted a request—whether it was a leaky faucet or a quick fix—they handled it promptly and thoroughly. They always showed up with a positive attitude and took real pride in their work, which made a big difference in day-to-day comfort. The apartment manager was equally outstanding. From move-in to move-out, they were always approachable, organized, and genuinely cared about the residents. Cascade woods has always been my favorite apartment complex I have lived at. During my time there all the staff was amazing and welcome and took care of my concerns efficiently. One thing I will always remember is that they took care of their tenants especially when it came to maintenance requests. There was one employee Fernando that would always be there helping us and he had the best customer service I’ve seen in a while. I very much appreciated his hard work and kindness.

Recently moved from our old place of 11 years and couldn’t be happier! Sherri made the move in process smooth, quick and easy! We randomly stopped by and she made time to show us the available unit. The community and units are very well tended to by maintenance and respond in a timely manner. Sherri, Fernando and Thomas really make this complex a great place to live!
