Covington Square Apartments

Move here if you want nothing but mold infestation. Oh nevermind the never ending maintenance at this rathole. No parking. Property management doesn't care. Constant water shutoff. Trash overflowing with rats running around the property. And property management treats you like peasants. MOVE HERE for the best ghetto experience EVER!

Cece pool of green liquid in court yard. Tiny apartments, over priced for square footage. But kind and friendly, helpful management team. Although Phone numbers out dated on leasing door. The gardener helped me get into contact. Over all clean inside and out. Except the Cece pool. Mosquito breeding ground waiting to happen.

The manager and maintenance are very helpful. The landscaping is pretty. The apartment we live in is upgraded, and feels like home. We have an assigned parking spot at no extra cost so no worries finding a parking spot. Guest parking fills up easily during certain times, but it's nothing that has impacted me. They are even nice enough to hook up a lawn sprinkler for the kids.

My family and I really enjoy living at Covington square. The complex is quiet, well taken care of, and feels like home. The playground is a big plus for my little! Neighbors and management are very friendly. Managment is quick to respond to any questions we have had or to anything we have needed during our stay! Just overall love it here!

I have had a great experience since I've moved here! Miguel is very helpful and polite. He accommodated all of my needs for moving in. He made sure the apartment was ready for move in exactly when I needed, and everything was in great condition. The apartments are clean, cozy, and feels like home. There is plenty of grass area for my dog to run around at. The nieghbors are friendly, and the laundry room is nice and conviene as well. I'm definitely happy I picked the Covington Square to move in to :)
