Suzann Plaza Apartments

I had lived here almost 2 years and I never had a bad experience. However large or small the issue was, Dan and the whole team were so helpful and timely. I felt like Dan knew every single resident personally and when we would go to him for help, it felt like he was personally invested and was going out of his way to help. Other residents I befriended also mentioned how wonderful Dan has been for them as well. We had to leave on an unfortunate basis, however, Dan was so supportive, understanding and truly empathetic. Even when I'd be waiting in the office to speak to him, I'd always hear Dan speaking to each resident, potential and existing, with such enthusiasm and respect. I just wanna take a moment and talk about the management at the Susan Plaza apartment and I don’t think I’m exaggerated, but I think this is the best management that I have worked with and I would like to mention Dan Giertych he is really a great manager and he’s really on top of everything and also he run the office very very smoothly. He’s very honest with a tenant and he will do anything. He can in his hand to help the tenant to make them feel. They are really at home and they make him feel really great so that’s why I’m writing this because they deserve to hear that especially Dan and I will really encourage everybody to come and live in Susan Plaza and to be feeling will coming home and will come to the community.

Just recently had to move out of Suzann Plaza and it was a great time living there. Had two amazing managers well there. The last one Dan was always very helpful and understanding and went above and beyond to make the property feel like home. Was clean, quiet, and all around great place to live.

I lived here for roughly 2 years and had the greatest manager in Dan Giertych. Dan made living here wonderful, worked with us during any hardships, made sure maintenance was always taken care of promptly, and took great pride in the cleanliness of the property. I would absolutely return if I ever decided to move back to the area.

Wow. Just wow. We aren't even residents yet, but I already feel *so* fortunate to have stumbled upon Suzann Plaza. Dan, the community manager, has been especially wonderful. My family is moving to Oregon while my husband does his master's degree, from across the country. I flew in solo for a few days to scout daycares and apartments. Suzann Plaza was the 10th tour (out of 13 total) in 2.5 days. I was exhausted when I rolled up here, on a Friday afternoon. I thought I had found the winner elsewhere, and I nearly cancelled the tour earlier in the day, but something told me to just go. The grounds were so welcoming, peaceful, and green, which was a plus.
