Weatherly Ridge Apartments

Apartment management and maintenance are rude and cheap, as they will replace whatever breaks down with the cheapest option out there rather than what the apartment came with initially. Roach infested and mold is hidden behind paint. They aren’t reliable and will never put salt out when it’s forecasted to snow and ice. Glad I left. If you plan to move here, you’re better off probably in the apartment complex right next door.

Called 3 days in a row about a filter needing to be replaced. Today I was told that we have to purchase them ourselves. First I asked since when the receptionist said "I assume since Sept" I said no I need a date not assumption she said since September of 2025. I was not made aware of this that we have to now purchase them. New mgmt and the last are not good with communication at all. Been here since 21. It has gone downhill ever since. If you need a place to live and have good maintenance and hood Management, Please look elsewhere.

I have lived at Weatherly Ridge for almost 5 years now and love it here. The community is always clean, neighbors are friendly and the office staff are always friendly, understanding and ready to lend a helping hand. I work nights so I sleep during the day and my sleep is never interrupted, we are a quiet community. I’m glad I chose this community as my home.

I have been living at Weatherly Ridge for almost 4 years. I must say that I am impressed with the living conditions and staff. The property is always clean, bug and rodent free. Free of trash and litter throughout the property. Randy and Kiera are amazing! They always work hard to ensure that the tenants are safe, comfortable, and there is no drug activity or strangers hanging around the property. Also, they work to make sure all maintenance requests are met promptly and are not only concerned with making a paycheck but are sincerely concerned for the tenants and their well being. They always maintain a professional and inviting attitude. I must say this is the best staff I have seen here since I have been living here.
