Baker Station

Had some issues and questions about renting and my lease. I was able to talk to the assistant manager and she was able to break down the topics I was concerned about and put my mind at ease. Very patient and professional. 10/10

We moved in originally back in 2013 & stayed in 17H, and moved back in earlier this year to 18G due to unforeseen selling of the previous rental we were at. Would have given more stars if it weren’t for the pest issue within our unit. Kendy was always friendly & always great to talk to, especially when something in our unit was going on. The other staff was a hit or miss for us. Like every complex, noise will always be there but unfortunately we got the bad end of the stick with our upstairs neighbors. They were constantly running around at 3am, mind you we wake up at 5am to get our kids ready for school while also getting ready for work. Our unit had major pest issues, Bakerstation did their best to help combat the roach issue but with these being very old units I don’t think there was m
