Cody and Lexi are amazing—professional, friendly, and always willing to go the extra mile for residents. They make every interaction easy and make you feel genuinely valued and supported. I’ve lived at this apartment complex for about a year and a half, and my experience has been consistently positive. The staff are truly one of the highlights — they are friendly, professional, and always accommodating. Any questions or maintenance requests are handled promptly, and they genuinely care about residents’ comfort and needs. The community is well-managed and makes living here easy and stress-free. I’ve really enjoyed my time here and would highly recommend this complex to anyone looking for a well-run place with great staff.

Amazing place to live! The staff are all super sweet and nice, they also make sure to stay ontop of everything so you never go days without knowing whats happening! The maitnence always arrives fast! And the units are beautiful! With this all it also feels like an actual small community where everyone is very welcoming which is one of my favorite parts about it! I would recommend moving here to anyone I can!

Living in this community for over two years now and since my time being here I have had a great experience. I do wish there was some enforcement on the cleaning up after your pet policy. It is quite unpleasant to not own any pets and have to deal with the odor not to mention not being able to walk the area in front of your patio because of it. The only other complaint is the security I wish there were more security measures to protect our vehicles with garages being limited. Other than that, great experience. Josh has been so helpful while I’ve lived here! Always fulfill my maintenance requests within a timely manner and has positive attitude! Enjoy living here!

Since the moment I toured the property, I felt welcomed and heard by the staff, especially the assistant manager Cody. He answered all my questions, helped me lock in a deal on my rent, and was very responsive and communicative the whole process even though my previous complex was being difficult in providing what he was asking them for. The staff here is all friendly and helpful, my maintenance requests have never gone unanswered longer than 24 hours, the valet trash is super convenient, and the ground are kept pristine at all times including the clubhouse, gym, and outdoor areas. 10/10 recommend living here this is my favorite place I’ve ever lived in middle TN!
