Phase 2 Duplicate Listing

I'm relocating to TN and Waterford Crossings apartments are beautiful. Olivia, was very helpful in the starting process. Once I move in, I'll update my review with details. Update 2 stars: have not moved in yet however having issues with processing payments online. I continue to get charged fees when my payments are being confirmed online and given a confirmation number. However the apartment takes 3-6 days to process or enter the payment and by then my cards are automatically locked. After the second time, front office staff is unable to give me clarity on when they process payments and now requiring to physically bring in payments for the next 12 months. This will be a major inconvenience. Update 4 stars: although the inconvenience is still there. I am grateful and appreciative of

I lived here from April 2019-September 2020. One of the best places I’ve ever lived. Clean. Great great maintenance staff. If appliances break, they fix them or replace them asap. The office staff were nice and were always helpful. Both pools are maintained and clean- the gates actually lock. The gym was really nice. It was a safe neighborhood and a security van drove around constantly every night. I loved this place.

I lived here once before in 2018-2019 and I’m glad to be moving back! The maintenance requests usually get handled in a timely manner and from my personal experience the office staff has always been pleasant. The utility bills are pretty manageable if you do the basics yourself. No insect or rodent problems whatsoever, the complex is always well maintained, and the walls aren’t paper thin. The same goes for the floors. Well constructed and well run apartments.

Do not trust the positive reviews!!! They take off about 50$ for a positive review when you first move in but these apartments are trash. Yes it look nice and luxurious on the outside but underneath there’s had lots of problems and fees. Maintenance is poor - apartment had flooded 3 times - ac and heat hardly works - Power cuts off at least 3x a week. - Addition trash fees - Towing fees

Moving into Waterford Crossings apartment next month and couldn’t be more excited. Worked with Chanell and she was amazing! From the tour which she did perfectly to getting me set on my apartment was a great experience.
