Mainstead at Century Farms Apartments

On Saturday, August 23, I was having one of those rare “everything feels good” days. I had just decorated my apartment for fall after a HomeGoods run. I loved this place. I was excited to host friends and family for the upcoming months. I’d gone to the gym, meal prepped, redecorated my bedroom, and packed a bag for a 48 hour Vegas trip I was supposed to leave for the following day. While laying in bed, I heard screaming in the hallway. I checked my Ring camera and saw a man walking past my door cocking a gun. About 20 minutes later, while on the phone with one of my best friends, I heard nine gunshots. I hung up immediately and called 911. Mainstead is nice overall. Nice amenities and beautiful apartments. The biggest issues I have are with the package system, as there is no Dropbox and no way for carriers to access the mail room outside of business hours. Therefore packages are left outside on the ground in the middle of the night on a daily basis. Additionally, the refrigerators require a filter to be put in but they do not provide this. You must provide your own or purchase one from the office for $75. This should be included in rent as the appliance is not owned by the tenant. Overall, no major issues and a nice apartment complex and they try to handle most issues efficiently.

I’ve been living at Mainstead at Century Farms for a couple months now, and it’s honestly been a great experience. The apartments are modern and comfortable, the amenities are always clean, and the neighborhood feels safe and welcoming. Maintenance is responsive and the office staff is always kind. Cameron gave me a wonderful tour before I moved in and helped make the process so much easier! Would definitely consider checking this place out if you are looking for a new place to call home.

Cam is a wonderful employee at this complex. She goes the extra mile to help, and her personality is so bubbly and a light to be around. My experience with her from the tour, to applying for the apartment, has been great! I have no complaints. Keep up the good work Cam!! :)
