The Ravelle at Ridgeview Apartments

I’ve lived at The Ravelle at Ridgeview for almost a year now, and I couldn’t be happier! The apartments are beautiful, modern, and perfectly maintained. The location is incredibly convenient — close to Publix, Kroger, tons of great restaurants, and plenty of shopping. It’s so easy to get to everything I need. The maintenance manager and staff are excellent. They’re quick to respond to any concerns and take care of things right away (though I haven’t had many issues at all, which says a lot about the quality here). A huge shout-out goes to Makayla in the leasing office. From the very first time I walked in for information to the day I moved in, she has been the most supportive, friendly person I’ve ever met. Love living here! The leasing office staff is super nice and always helpful. The clubhouse and main building are always clean, and the amenities are great — the pool is gorgeous. Feels like a really nice place to come home to!

I’ve had multiple experiences with The Ravelle at Ridgeview, and every visit has been amazing. The property feels well-kept and modern, with amenities that actually make a difference — the pool, fitness spaces, and outdoor hang spots all stand out. The leasing team is friendly, professional, and easy to work with. They make every interaction effortless and positive, which really sets it apart. I wanted to wait until I’d been here for a full month before leaving my review, and overall, I truly love living at The Ravelle at Ridgeview. From day one, Makayla has been incredible. My very first walkthrough wasn’t even scheduled, but she still took the time to show me around, answer all my questions, and make me feel welcome. Since moving in, she’s continued to go above and beyond — always friendly, patient, and happy to help, no matter how small my questions are. She always greets me with a smile and is so sweet to my dog, which is a big plus in my book! Maintenance has also been fantastic. Thorough with the info provided on the tour, responsive with follow up after and post move in only continue to provide a 10/10 experience!
