The Saxony

I've lived here for almost a year so I feel like I'm now able to give a honest review. I truly love living here! I've lived at two other places here in the Nashville area that were horrible but The Saxony has been such a blessing. I feel so safe here, it's very peaceful. All of the staff members are professional and attentive. Keep up the good work!👍

It has mold in the bathroom which came back every week after cleaned You can't get a parking place It constantly smells like weed It smelt when moving in and they charged us on moving out for a pet fee over the smell and the cat and I always had it in the cage unless I was there and made sure it didn't use the bathroom anywhere but the litter box but they still charged. Cheap floors made of vinyl and cheap walls. There is no stairs down the back and my mom fell down it and was hospitalized And it was a safety hazard.

Mold, floors were cheap, no parking, Maintenance took forever to come. no fence around porch where it was steep, my mother in law fell down it and had to be hospitalized. When moving out was charged for a pet smell.

Was great the first 6 months then it all went down hill!!! Trash everywhere, abandoned cars, rotting patio you can’t use, my apartment would shudder every couple months as it sank! Brandy the maintenance supervisor…amazing but even she said they need to tear the building down because it’s sinking. My floors looked like a roller coaster. Nothing done about it. Now, the Managers mother who lived next door got her floors leveled out but she’s the Managers mother so she got repairs done quickly!! I waited over 4 months to have a working plug in my kitchen!!! Used extension cords going into the dining area to use for kitchen appliances! And move out fees!!! After 4 years of ME paying for air filters because the one guy can’t figure out what size, toilets that never got fixed (I did it) etc they

I’ve lived in 6 different apartment complexes in the Nashville area, and I wish this had been the first one because I would have lived there all 6 years. Hands down best place I’ve ever lived, and I only moved because I bought a house. The regional manager, property manager, office staff and maintenance team are all friendly, helpful and wonderful. My apartment was gorgeous. The complex is super pet friendly and always felt very safe. I honestly could go on and on with nice things to say about my time at Saxony, and for the first time in my extensive experience renting I don’t have a single complaint :)
