Waterford Crossings

This is Part 1 of an 2 Part Review and will post #2 whenever I move out, which I hope isn't for awhile. Their staff is top notch, the process to apply and be approved was seamless, and Channel was nothing but amazing. Also shout out to Gabby, Chipper and Bill, who's honest and straightforward assessment of the property is what made me leave downtown to come live in the best part around!! Only bummer is no in unit washer and dryer but their laundry rooms are cheap enough I hope it makes up for it!!

Extremely disappointing experience with management. After living in this apartment for about two and a half years, I learned the hard way that loyalty here means nothing. When renewal time came, management increased my rent. Based on that increase, I gave my required notice. Not long after, I saw my exact apartment listed online by the complex at a much lower price than what I was paying. Naturally, I reached out and asked if I could simply stay at that advertised rate. The answer was no, without any reasonable explanation. Every alternative I suggested was immediately shut down. Transfers were “not allowed,” renewal at the listed rate was “not possible,” and even applying again as a new resident was refused unless I completely moved out first. My husband and I toured these apartments and had such a wonderful experience. The staff was incredibly kind, professional, and welcoming from the moment we walked in. They took their time answering all of our questions and made us feel completely comfortable. The apartments themselves were beautiful and well-maintained. We truly appreciated how amazing everyone was with us. Highly recommend checking them out

I’m moving in at the end of this month and I’m so excited, the staff was really friendly, they have been keeping us informed with any updates and things we need to know before our move in date. Our leasing manager Megan has been super nice and supportive, always communicating with us and keeping up with everything. We’re excited to start in our new space.

I sincerely thank the team for their exceptional service. Their quick turnaround times in helping me find an apartment were truly impressive, making the entire process smooth and stress-free. I also greatly appreciate their willingness to accommodate my communication requests, which made staying updated and informed incredibly easy.
