Apartments are visually nice but NOT NOISE CANCELLING. Kids are screaming and yelling down the breezeway 24/7. Trying to put your baby down for a nap? Kids are screaming. Trying to relax after 12 hour shift? Kids are screaming. 1:00 AM? Upstairs neighbors walking their pet cow. No portal to file noise complaints. Fix it and maybe people will actually renew their leases.

This apartment was so nice and spacious. The office assistant was amazingly nice her name is Kelly, go check them out!

Jaden was very helpful. She gave my husband and me a tour of the property and answered all of our questions thoroughly. We felt at home! The units were nice and had just what we were looking for. I recommend moving here if you are looking in the area!

I want to take a moment to recognize our new service advisor, Cortez! In the short time he’s been here, he’s been absolutely fantastic. Every time I’ve put in a request, he’s shown up the same day — often within the hour! He’s professional, friendly, and clearly takes pride in his work. It’s rare to find someone who genuinely cares about doing the job right, but Cortez definitely does. His attitude and quick response have made such a positive difference around here. We’re lucky to have him!

If I could give zero stars, I would. Cascade Apartments at 3300 Murfreesboro Pike in Antioch is one of the most disappointing and unprofessional places I’ve ever lived in. Let’s start with trash—it’s constantly piled up around the dumpsters, sometimes overflowing into the street and sidewalks. The smell is horrendous, and it attracts bugs and rodents. It’s not only an eyesore but a health hazard. Next, the grounds are filthy. You literally have to watch your step to avoid dog feces everywhere. Management doesn’t enforce pet cleanup rules, and it shows. It's like walking through a minefield just to get to your car. And don’t expect professionalism from the staff. Maintenance requests are ignored or half-done, and the leasing office rarely answers calls or returns voicemails. When you fin
