Viewpoint Apartments

Had to lock my windows because International Blvd is so unsafe. The street outside is extremely dangerous, and thereʻs little to nothing to do nearby, no real shopping options (besides the Safeway across the street, a couple gas stations) closest shopping is Tukwila 10-15 mins away. Both the garage & the main gates were almost always broken.. so you are basically paying the price of security that doesnʻt actually exist most of the time, since they take months to repair gate and security doors half broken. The property overall is currently very poorly maintained, both exterior and interior. Management is somewhat helpful, but they mostly look out for themselves. I've personally been at Viewpoint apartments for almost 5 years. I've seen a lot of changes, though one thing is consistent - when I've needed something fixed - the apartment manager (Brianna) was ON IT. In fact its amazing how much got done with the summer events, community events, maintenance, and more. Also, I like the fact that I live across from the store, gas station, and not to far from Southcenter Mall. In terms of residents, most keep to themselves - but when I've spoken to them they were cordial, and I don't mind 'minding my own business' anyways. The apartments are pet friendly and the yards are very well maintained. I found myself needing an apartment for my son, I located viewpoint homes and had it not been for the level of care and professionalism that was displayed to me and my son by the property manager Brianna, I might still be looking. She was courteous and well informed and despite my hesitations and numerous questions she was able settle my doubts and now my son has a place that is safe secure and for now he can call home.

I had such a great time viewing 2 apartments at View Point last Tuesday, Brianna was so kind and easy going. She walked me through the entire process, even though i was rough to work with, she was patient and listened to me. The two apartments we looked at were a 1 and 2 bedroom floor plan, both were immaculate in my opinion. One was over looking Seatac, the other was looking the kids play yard. The ground keep look beautiful & well kept. The parking had some cars but not fully packed which made me feel good knowing i would have space for a additional car. I would have loved to rent from them but due to some personal family issues, i couldn't follow up in time and the apartment was taken.

I love this place! I have been a resident here for four years and am very happy here. The neighborhood has vastly improved due to all the new businesses and corporations being built. The location is ideal. The A-Line bus (connects to Light Rail) is outside our door, three minute drive to Light Rail, I-5 is five minutes away, and Safeway/Bartells/Starbucks/Subway/Papa Murphy's across the street. The best part beautiful Des Moines Marina/Beach is down the hill, five minute drive. The staff is phenomenal! Tavy and Tony are the best! They are so friendly and are quick to respond when there are issues. They take the time to talk and listen to the tenants. I appreciate that they enforce the policies.
