We like this apartment so far and the maintenance guy, Jordan, has been really helpful

Nice place for airline crews. Expensive. Have many crimes and things stolen from parking garage. Must pay garbage collection of 75 dollars a month. Complex has a huge problem keeping managers and the office mostly goes un-staffed. Currently having a new management company taking over as of Jan 15 2025 . Management turnover is about every 6 months or so. Indigo mgmnt Co. use to be the property management company. Guess they don't pay their people enough to keep them???? Someone tagged the elevator with graffiti, and it's still there for months. Few years back, the building got shot up by 2 guys and you can still see bullet holes in some of the gutters and siding. A few months back someone got in the so called secure parking garage and smashed 6 cars windows and stole stuff. At least one c

I have lived at Avion for 3 years now and have always received top notch service from the management and maintenance staff! We looked at several other place before selecting Avion to call home. The others don’t compare at all Secured and assigned underground parking is a huge plus. The welcoming lobby is always fresh and clean. The entire property is well maintained throughout. They also offer a wonderful seating and barbecue area outside. I recommend all who are looking to make a move to visit Avion first, you’ll be glad you did. Avion Apartments-Seatac, Washington was the best experience ever! We were looking for a place to move into immediately as the other place that we intended to move into didn’t work out. We made an appointment with Martha, Asst. Manager, and we were so impressed on her friendliness and professionalism. This place was beautiful, clean and tidy. You couldn’t ask for anything better! The apartment is located in a very convenient area of town, with shops and transportation close by. The property is very safe, controlled parking garage and front entry. They also offer a gym on property to get your daily exercise and a play ground & picnic area for your children.
