Carriage House Apartments

Good approach and wonderful maintenance but the D building is a very poisiones smoke smelling every night time please please management solve this problem. we are exposed to carcinogenic smoke 🚭

I lived there for the last five years; The place is fairly good, prices is affordable for living but management staff need much more improvement.

I can’t even give lower star rating. Please understand the manager is not ok to deal with, I myself had to deal with nonsense and it is very sketchy how they approached the situation and wouldn’t even allow for any details.

Very bad person work in leasing office please change that I money hate him

I am a resident of this apartment complex and have lived there for many years without any complaints. Currently I have bad neighbors, arguments in the early morning (12:00 am to 3:30 am, the bathroom fan stays on for several hours every day and into the early morning. And today I asked for a transfer to the same building where I live and the answer was no because I can't move to the same building.?? I have seen neighbors who have been able to move to the same building.
