This is an amazing community to reside in. Close to everything including mass transit. Manager is so knowledgeable and experienced. Grounds are kept very well maintained and maintenance requests are responded to in a timely manner. We have several family members that live here still and moved away after years of residency. Monies returned properly upon move out. Good to see a company that still cares about the residents and the property and not just money. Keep up the great job Coast and Justine you ROCK!

I strongly recommend avoiding this apartment complex. Management has a consistent pattern of keeping deposits from nearly every tenant who moves out, regardless of how clean or well‑maintained the unit is. Even worse, they routinely add extra charges on top of withholding the deposit—often vague, unexplained, or completely unjustified. Many residents have reported being billed for things that were already broken, worn out from normal use, or never mentioned during move‑in. The living conditions are equally unacceptable. Roach infestations are a constant problem throughout the complex, and despite repeated complaints, management fails to address the issue in any meaningful way. It’s frustrating, unsanitary, and something no tenant should have to deal with. Safety is another major concern.

I have a family member that has lived at Abbey Ridge Apartments for several years and has been a good living situation for her and her family. The grounds are always clean and I do know they don't put up with noise or messes. If a problem arises the manager Justine is always on it, nothing slips by her. She has a even temper and communicates well to all tenants with respect. If something is broke or needs replaced she handles it in a timely manner.

I have lived here for 5+ years, this is a great place to live! I have never had a problem with management, whenever I have had any kind of problem they have taken care of it right away without any delay! I would highly reccomend this complex to anyone. A+++

Since making this location my home in 2021, I have experienced no issues, thanks to their steadfast commitment to safety. The playground for children is well-maintained and clean. The customer service team is highly efficient in addressing and resolving concerns. I strongly recommend this location. Thank you Justine and Levi for outstanding management.
