Aspens at Belvedere

Serious warning based on my personal experience. I signed a lease with this company and, due to a documented medical issue, requested to terminate the lease approximately one week later. I was explicitly told by Aspen’s staff that if I provided medical documentation, the lease would be terminated with no charges and I have proof of that. I provided the requested documentation, and the lease was officially terminated. Despite this, Aspen retained over $1,300 of my deposit, as shown on the statement they emailed to me. I paid over $2,700 at signing and have not received a single dollar back. My family has lived here 3 years and have had a good experience calling it home. The maintenance men have always helped us out and have been very helpful and nice.... especially Schmidt. When our refrigerator went down, he had a new one delivered and put in our home in less than 24 hours. He fixed our sink the same day and has helped us on other occasions as well. I lived at Aspen‘s At Belvedere for three years and loved my time there. Great spacious apartment, three bed two bath that I would not have been able to afford in the city! While I loved my time at the apartment, I have since moved and forgot to change my address on some important things that ended up being delivered to our old apartment at Aspens. I was so incredibly stressed about getting my two packages but the team at Aspens was nothing but amazing to help me get them! Mae Was incredible and located my packages and kept them safe until I could pick them up. She went above and beyond especially considering I haven’t lived there in 9+ months! I was so stressed and she helped out so much and I cannot be more thankful for her and the team at Aspens!

Second worst apartments ever onsite management doesn’t not care about the safety of its residents. We pay a premium because there is coded gates but people leave them open all day and night to let their dogs crap all over the place without any consequences meanwhile homeless people live in the bushes onsite! and parking is just as bad save your money.

I have been a resident here for nearly two years and have not experienced any issues until recently. Last night, I returned home from work to find my bathroom, hallway, and dining area completely flooded. I immediately gathered all available towels and blankets and utilized my shop vac to extract most of the water. I also scrubbed the floors with a mold and bleach cleaner to prevent further issues. A fan was positioned in the most damaged area and left on throughout the night. I reported the issue to the hotline, and corporate assured me that someone would be dispatched.
