The Hanover

I have lived at The Hanover apts since 2010 and have seen many managers and Maintenance techs come and go, but recently there has been a new management company that has taken over, Thrive. The new team in the office is great, Haleigh the new manager and Kai the leasing agent are so helpful and personable. The Maintenance Supervisor Stori has been here for some time and is always on top of work orders and walking around the property keeping things in order. I would definitely recommend this as a place tho call home.

It’s been so much better since I’ve moved here two years ago. Maintenance has been on top of everything. She is the OG, the leasing office is so awesome. They are so understanding and so nice and supportive. This is my third year here and I will stay as long as they are in charge of this apartment.

I lived at this property for 5 years, I enjoyed the community and i was surprised at how comfortable it was, being in SeaTac that is. Never had any issues with management and the maintenance tech, Stori was one of the best out there! If I ever had an issue with my place they would respond quickly and resolve the issue without inconvenience and with grace. I would definitely recommend this a place to call home.

I live in Hanover almost over 10 years. I see a lot of managers come on goes, but I never meet the manager like Haleigh shes understands with wellcome open minds she honest and lovely personality . I really appreciate it hanover finally, hires a great Thank you Haleigh

Stori the maintenance supervisor is very efficient and also is a pro at what she does, she fixed my clogged drain and my water temperature with no problems can’t thank her enough
