Four Seasons Apartments

Finding an apartment can be stressful especially if you have bad credit . The good thing about this place is that they will work with you if you are willing to work on bettering yourself.

The place is falling apart. It used to be a nice place to live. Communication is horrible, the grounds aren't being maintained, and it's become a loud at all hours kinda place. Children everywhere unsupervised creating chaos. Employees drinking in the parking lot (against the rules) and not cleaning up, car parts scattered across the lots, frequent car break-ins and theft, quiet time rules and alley parking rules ignored by most. It's a shame. I've lived here longer than most and it used to be a great place to live. Used to be a good price too. Now it's far too high to justify the quality. Wish I could rate lower than 1 star.

Carpet was cleaned before move in once it dried all the spots came back, and so did the bugs. Place was nasty on move in. Your deposit will be put to use. When they turn it over, but be careful someone was laying on that 2 year old carpet 7 days ago. Bad management and maintenance sucks, they halfass everything.

I just moved in a week ago, and so far management has been receptive to all my concerns. The lady who manages the place is super sweet and super easy to get along with. I appreciate that even though it's a small place, the office is open pretty significant hours.

The building may be old, but the inside is as beautiful as you make it. Love living here
