Amelia at Angle Lake

We are glad that we decided to make this place our home. The staff are incredibly helpful and kind, and the building is brand new. We have such a comfortable life here thanks to Zynday, Kayla (leasing staff), and Quinlin (maintenance manager). They will make every effort to resolve any issue as soon as possible, no matter how minor!

I’ve been living at Amelia at Angle Lake for a few months, and honestly, it hasn’t been a comfortable experience. Even after pest control visits, ants kept coming back in my unit, and it started to affect my health and peace of mind. Parking has also become a serious problem because of new construction nearby and more new residents — it’s really hard to find a spot at night. Management was always polite, but nothing really improved even after I reported the issues multiple times. For how much rent I’m paying, I expected the place to be maintained better and taken more seriously when problems happened. I really hope the management starts listening to residents and fixes these issues for future tenants.

I first toured Amelia several months ago and a few months after that and I have been nothing but impressed since then! The leasing office (specially Kaylah) took the time to answer my millions of questions with full transparency and never made me feel rushed on the several tours I took when deciding my new place. Every step of the application and move-in process has been so smooth and after moving several times in my life I can say that alone is priceless. I’m very happy with my apartment and with management’s efforts to support their residents and the building. Very much looking forward to my time here.

Stayed for about a year, a little under. Enjoyed the new building, security, and amenities. The staff was friendly when they were around. Unfortunately after the first couple of months, their presence was missed. My issues with this place was with the added fees and how many items were "still in the process of being completed". Complaint number one was with the water bill, there was a statement made early into the lease that for the time being: water utilities were being charged at an average, and not per individual unit. I could see this for a month, two max, but my whole lease was ridiculous. $150/month for a one member studio is ridiculous. I wouldn't be surprised if it still hasn't switched over.
