I am sharing this review based on ongoing, firsthand observations of the property. Maintenance and cleanliness have been consistently poor. There is frequently garbage throughout the property, including the parking garage. I have personally seen rats on the property, including entering the building near the elevator. Safety and security are major concerns. The stairwells are often used by non-residents, and there is regularly trash left behind, including fecal matter and hypodermic needles. On more than one occasion, I encountered individuals engaging in sexual activity in the stairwell. These issues appear to be connected to broken or non-functioning security gates and doors. Avoid This Apartment Complex at All Costs: I would give it a 0 stars if I could! I regret ever moving into this apartment complex. If you’re considering renting here, do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. Here’s why: 1. Filthy Conditions: The common areas are always dirty. Hallways are littered with trash, and the smell of garbage is constant. It seems like cleanliness is not a priority for management. See the pictures for yourself. 2. Unresponsive Management: The management here is beyond frustrating. They are slow to respond to maintenance requests, if they even bother to at all. Basic repairs take forever, and issues are often ignored completely. 3. Unsafe Environment: The lack of attention to security is alarming. Doors and locks often don’t work, and it doesn’t feel safe walking

It's a nice quiet place to live. Close to Safeway and A line buses and light rail and airport access. The view from my apartment windows has Puget Sound visible along with snow capped mountains and brilliant skyscapes and sunsets. High enough to view the birds in flight. Very convenient access to downtown Des Moines. Balcony's to catch the breeze or sunshine.

I'm a resident here and since I have been here. We had 3 different managers and maintenance and the property has gone down. There's dog pop and pee in the elevators. They hired a person too clean but they have her at the other locations. Which means our property is being neglected. They need cameras in the elevators to see which person dogs are messing in the elevators. The hallways need shampoo due to dog urine. For the amount we pay isn't worth living here. I have complained to management. Im looking for another place. Wouldn't move here!!!

The maintenance man is disgusting a rude a treats people horribly harrasssess people unlawfully tows people cars they have no guests parking so where are guest supposed to park with our gettin towed ?! This place is horrible am I wouldn’t advise anyone to move here or live here
