Timbers at Mill Creek

Leasing an apartment with Zavana was an incredible experience! She gave us a tour, and we were immediately impressed by her kindness. This was my first time leasing with my partner, and Zavana made us feel welcomed and provided a detailed explanation of the application process. Her amazing service and friendly personality made the entire process smooth. Out of all the apartment places I’ve visited, leasing with Zavana has been the best.

Elise was very rude she shouldn’t be working in an office she’s not professional whatsoever. I see how she’s talks to Hispanic people they act so unprofessional. I recommended these apartments to my cousin because zavana was working in the office but they got new people working there and that person Elise gave them attitude. I won’t recommend anyone to these apartments they don’t know how to treat people in the right way.

I've been meaning to leave a review of this place for a while but finally got around to it. I would never recommend living here. I was scheduled to move in my into my unit during my stay here and the week before my move in my unit was magically changed. The carpet was worn the tub was tinted yellow and the inside of the cabinets were spray painted black by the previous tenants. It was still least to me in this condition. By the time I saw it I had already signed the lease. But the worst thing was the bugs it was infested with roaches and gnats. I had to make multiple requests to get the roaches to a point where it was manageable. My unit eventually had to be fumigated to deal with the issue But even then there was still roaches. I really enjoyed my time living at Timbers at Mill Creek. Kianna W. and her team were always friendly, professional, and helpful. They made our experience there smooth and pleasant from the beginning. Anytime I had a question or encountered an issue, they were quick to respond and resolve it. The pricing was reasonable, especially considering the high cost of living in the area. We would have gladly renewed for a second year, but unfortunately, a three-bedroom unit wasn’t available. I highly recommend Timbers at Mill Creek to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-managed place to live.
