The Park at Richards Road

So far so good. Skye and Julian hope i spelled it right have been very nice and welcoming. I have had to put in a couple of service request nothing major and they have jumped right on it. Haven't moved in completely yet. But hoping its a good experience.

I moved in here in 2022 of Jan I been ever since I had my Frist daughter when I came here then I had my 2nd daughter don’t get me wrong the managers here are nice and laddies at the office are nice I been haveing Roches in my apartment they come into apartment this been going on for a couple months they do have pest control they come once month I feel like that not enough cause the fact I have my kids in the unit I guess they can only do much at the office I’m moveing next year at some point people will be in the hallways some time during the late night I work come back then on top of that, I have people stay above me they make so much noise. I told the office that more than one time that was going on sometimes we would be after 10 o’clock as well. And I have witnesses that’s been her

These apartments are good place to live and very affordable . Staff and maintenance are very friendly and good to fix problems when they happen . Nice laundry room , and playground for the kids. Also my neighbors are nice . Lastly plenty of parking with lots of stores close enough if you don’t have a car .

I’ve been living here since 2022, moved to a different unit last year & planning to move very soon as I am dealing with a roach infestation. I’ve never dealt with this before & they do pest control once a month which to me isn’t enough because there are multiple people within the complex & in my building that has the same issue as I do right now. I have two small children and that’s no way to live.

The location is fantastic, offering easy access to highways, shopping, restaurants, and local attractions like the Nashville Zoo. While a car is essential, you're well-connected here. My apartment is comfortable with central heat and AC The community amenities are a major highlight. The laundry facility is a huge plus, and I love having a playground, and even a soccer field right outside my door. It’s great for getting outdoors and enjoying the green spaces.
