The Magnolia Apartments

I came to do the tour and the staff show me around and show me the apartment. Provide all the info and details at the moments to move in, gave me all the info needed. The process was smooth. The Complex is very well kept, and the apartment is in perfect conditions. The staff is super nice and friendly. Keep up the good work 👏

My fiance and me moved in at the beginning of January 2026 and we are more than satisfied. The apartment was in extraordinary shape when handed over to us, all staff members we've come in contact with have been very helpful and respecting. Kimberly helped us out in the beginning get into our place and everyone since then has been great. The grounds are well maintained and it's a nice feeling driving home at night. We saw a deer in the parking lot the first night here. Five Stars easily in the Apartment game.

I have lived here since October of 2025! Staff was accommodating to any questions I had and explained move in process in details. At move in the inside the apartment was very clean and had no concerns. The grounds are kept in order & landscaped regularly. I see maintenance workers picking up trash often! Also any time a work order is put in, it is fixed same day or the day after. They have community events often at the club house, such as Chick-fil-A breakfast and holiday related get togethers. Inside the club house is an amazing state of the art gym, games, multiple TVs and spacious areas to sit. I have enjoyed living here and would recommend the Magnolia Apartments to anyone.

I have been at The Magnolia for a year now, and just signed my renewal. I have nothing for Great things to say about this apartment. My Leasing agent, Bree, was amazing from start to finish. She listened to my issues and we worked together to make sure everything went smoothly. The maintenance team is amazing, I put in my request today and the next day they’re knocking at my door. So please and satisfied with my choice to move here. Keep up the great work office team !!

It was a pleasure touring the apartment complex with Ms. Marie. She was attentive to my questions and concerns and provided an excellent tour. She was very helpful throughout the process. After meeting with Marie and seeing the property, which was clean and quiet, I am confident in moving forward with my application. I hope this positive experience continues as I proceed with the application and upcoming move-in process.
