Pebble Creek Apartments

I am Louis Pierre Chinton. I am an agent reporting a problem that you have never taken care of. I have been living with you for 1 year and 6 months. I am more than 8 months old. I have difficulty sleeping because of someone we have hired upstairs. Since the time people are used to it, the upstairs has been making a loud noise that is constantly making noise. I told the office that there has never been any improvement. I am very happy that you have given me someone else.

Pebble Creek was a smoking mirror. When we 1st moved their it seems quiet and modern. After staying almost two years it has been an apt fire /which still hasn't been repaired\. It caused the outside dwellings/siding of the other buildings to fall down and were never repaired. With that issue at hand caused several bug and spider issues also so health concerns for my child's sinuses. It also began to rain thru the roof into my light fixture which I was told by the ever changing maintenance man they would fix it and was never done. If you call to talk to management to get anything done they don't call back and if maintenance comes they promise to fix issues and never do. Also towed my wife's car without notice!!! This place is a horrible place to live!!

I've lived here for two years and love it. The apartments are spacious and the rent IMO is lower than some of the other complexes in the area. Pebble Creek is under new ownership/management and the difference in how the complex looks now vs when I moved in is amazing. There is always someone ready to help in the office. But I can't say thank you enough to the maintenance guys. They have quickly fixed every issue that has come up and even worked early on a Saturday morning when I called in a panic. These guys are great and deserve a big fat bonus for dealing with all kinds of people and problems in a polite and professional manner AND with smiles on their faces. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!

Set up an appointment to view apartments about 2 weeks ago got to the leasing office and was locked out and ignored for about 10 minutes. When I was finally allowed in the man said they had no 1 bedrooms available to view and that I should come back later. I really wish someone would’ve called and told me this since I live AN HOUR AWAY. Shortly after that the man locked up and left… feels like he just didn’t want to be there since he was going on vacation next day he may have already mentally clocked out of work. They called me a few days ago wanting to schedule another appointment I agreed to come in at 9 AM on Friday as long as the tour was quick because I have meeting all day on Fridays Now hear I am 9:13 AM in the parking lot and NO ONE is here. I went to the manager's office unannounced, and was greeted kindly. Tevia explained the details of the rental application as well as the security deposit, how financial requirements were calculated and what information and how far back they inquire. She then made sure I financially qualified and showed me my apartment.
