I am extremely disappointed with the way Paragon Management Group treats homeowners, particularly those of us in Carothers Farm. Unfortunately, I’ve had two recent interactions that clearly demonstrate their personnel’s rudeness and lack of basic customer service. The first incident occurred when I simply requested a statement reflecting my HOA increase for 2026. This should have been a straightforward request, yet the response I received was dismissive and unhelpful, making a simple homeowner inquiry feel like an inconvenience. The second incident happened this morning and was even more concerning. Paragon may have been solid once upon a time, but I cannot in good conscience recommend them to anyone seeking an HOA management company. We decided to leave there “care” after what we thought was an inappropriate increase in service fees for the lackluster service we received. 9 months later we are still finding issues in their “management style.” At this point I wish the previous board would have just winged it and not hired Paragon as a company. I feel like our new small community is behind the curve in terms of where we should be 4 years into existence. Here is a photo of the road through Brooke Castle Condominiums, in Hermitage, managed by Paragon Management Group. We have been driving through these potholes for YEARS getting flat tires & bent rims. The potholes get filled by some no-name company and open back up a month later due to the street not draining properly. There is all this water coming out of who knows where(from under a condo building??) that constantly pools up in the road in front of the 150s building. These photos are after almost a week of no rain and sunny, dry weather. Last time Paragon did any paving work here was 2 years ago. They repaved 1/4 of the road(the entrance) and added the most horrendous, gigantic speed-bumps of all time and they refused to have them shaved down(I contacted them immediately and complained r

There is a reason The Townhomes of Shadow Glen HOA board decided to ditch these clowns as their property manager (which they were for years). Very minimal communication and when you do have a question or concern, very difficult to get ahold of someone who actually cares enough to respond. I had a dispute over an alleged violation but they couldn’t even bother to hear me out. Really shameful management (especially at the top) that might even come after you personally via email (as that seems to be the only way they do communicate when they choose to). Anyways, it’s not worth dealing with them. If your HOA does or is considering working with these people… RUN!

In my opinion, the management team has been steadily declining. I've had ongoing issues with the drainage in my parking space. Before the new manager took over, they used to come every three months to clear my drain. Then Aaron Black—who I assume is the manager now—responded to my concerns promptly, and my drain was cleared. However, about three weeks ago, Aaron mentioned that they would need to dig up the drain, which should’ve been done years ago. Yet, there’s been no progress on resolving the issue. I’ve been here almost four years, and if they had addressed it a year ago, this problem likely wouldn't have resurfaced. Despite sending several emails to Aaron, I haven't received any replies, which is completely unacceptable. I’m now considering having my girlfriend, who’s a lawyer, revie
