Lyric on Bell

Stay clear from these apartments . Communication is terrible . My lease was supposed to be sent a week before it wasn’t sent until 4 days before move in after repeatedly hassling them about it. The apartment that was stated on my lease was changed the day before move in due to them stating it was not completely ready after I had already got NES in my name . I had to switch to a different unit and couldn’t see until 3pm when I was told it would be “ready” . Below is the apartment they wanted me to pay $1462 a month for I did not accept or sign my lease . The fridge is literally going into the ground and isn’t leveled. The ceiling fan is coming out of the ceiling.

I Moved to lyric in the middle of the summer and I must say everything is perfect from the leasing staff to the maintenance department all been extremely wonderful I've had a good experience living at Lyric. From the moment I moved in everything exceeded my expectations...the staff professional,friendly,and incredibly responsive...its clear that they truly care about their residents and work hard to create a comfortable and welcoming environment...Thanks Lyric On Bell

The community is clean, peaceful, and well maintained, and the staff has always been professional, respectful, and responsive whenever I’ve needed help. I appreciate the welcoming atmosphere and the effort management puts into making residents feel comfortable and informed. The location is convenient, and overall it’s a great place to live. I’m grateful to call Lyric on Bell home and would definitely recommend it!

Since we moved in we have had nothing but a positive experience. The office staff are very pleasant, professional and very helpful. When we have a problem or issue we contact them and they get it fixed immediately. The maintenance people are very pleasant and respectful. They get things done in a timely manner as well as get it done correctly.

Our Leasing Consultant was Brandy and she was amazing and professional. He answered all our questions and was knowledgeable of the community. Even though we had to change our move in date back a few days we were grateful for the sqift communication and help throughout the process. My spouse and I were truly impressed and look forward to moving into our apartment.
