Landing at Angle Lake Apartments

Loved our tour of the property and working with the manager Lacy, the apartment homes are absolutely gorgeous and conveniently located off of International Boulevard in SeaTac. We enjoyed the stunning views at the lakefront property during our tour and great selection of fully remodeled apartment homes with modern design and spacious Floorplans. The amenities were amazing as well, I could imagine the docks, gazebo, access to nature paths and swimming pool would've been great for our family. Unfortunately we weren't a good fit for the community due to the limited parking available. Many families rent here long term and they will soon be assigning parking spots. The Floorplan in budget for us was only going to have one parking space available and we have two vehicles, so we're working on app

We had a great experience working with Lacy as our leasing agent. She has been incredibly helpful, kind, and responsive throughout the entire process. Lacy made everything smooth and stress-free, always taking the time to answer our questions and making sure we had all the information we needed. Her professionalism and friendly attitude really stood out, and it made the whole experience much more pleasant. We truly appreciate her support and would highly recommend working with her to anyone looking for a place.

Things are getting better . Management is more involved, maintenance is the best it’s been with Najib around . The pool and surrounding accommodations were finally cleaned/ Fixed , after years of previous management neglect . I physically see the office managers around now handling things . There’s still issues that need fixing ,but it doesn’t seem hopeless anymore to put in a maintenance request that was previously sure to be ignoreg . Thank you guys for the work so far .

I would like to commend Yama and Najib from the maintenance team for their excellent service. They were very professional, respectful, and clearly knowledgeable in their work. They quickly understood the issue and handled it with confidence, showing they truly know what they are doing. I appreciate their professionalism and the quality of their work.

Lacy is an absolute gem who facilitated my move-in and made it a painless process. The front office is personable and attentive. The management team is reasonable and the apartments are designed in a smart way (washer+dryer in middle of unit for sound reduction).
