Hickory Lake Apartments

Was looking to move near downtown area and came across this place. I decided to drive around the area and it's NOTHING like the website describes. It's old, dirty and falling apart. The beautiful lake is actually foul looking full of garbage and litter and is actually dyed to comical shade of bright green. I couldn't find the main office it simply didn't exist anymore no signs no directions just a big peice of wood blocking the entrance. I didn't see a single wheelchair access point so how is my mother in law ever going to visit??? I seriously hope that janky grill isnt part of the "amenities" package they'd ask me to pay extra for probably. Very disappointed this is not the property i saw advertised. Look somewhere else.

Had a great experience with Amber she was such a nice person n her work was the best I’m really gonna enjoy my time in that tub fa sho we had a great time just chatting all while she still did her job.

The staff is rude and the security is a joke. Multiple people shot here. The lake is a disgusting mess. Their parking lot has tow trucks parked there 24/7 with people doing work on cars like it's a garage. Worst apartments I've ever lived in 5 states. Don't move here!

These are apartments are terrible. They change management like every 4 months and each one is worse than the other. They take forever to fix any maintenance issues. There is no lighting inside. The pipes are leaky and there is a huge hole in my apartment that they have not made any real intention to fix. The rent praising is absurd for the terrible management DO NOT move in here.

Better than before but they forgot to fix my bathroom fan. As long as we're getting maintenance soon and we're not waiting more than 2-3 days.
