I recently visited my grandmother at the facility earlier this week, and I was very impressed! It was exciting to see the updates and remodeling that are starting to happen—it’s clear that positive changes are on the way. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. I especially want to highlight a young man named Marque. He was so kind, helpful, and knowledgeable. It really made a difference in our experience. Thank you to everyone there for taking such good care of our loved ones!

I am a Home health worker and have been coming to these towers for over 10 years. I have seen everything the place has gone through and the past couple of years it hasnt been great. The maintence supervisor Steve has been there almost a year now and he has really brought the place back from the work needing to be done and works really hard to keep everything going for the Tenants that live here. He goes above and beyond to make sure they are all taken care of.

I just visited my Aunt last week and Hickory Hollow Towers new office Staff member Marque is an amazing person. My aunt and her friends talk about his work ethic and how caring he is to the people living here at Hickory Hollow Towers. She said that she finally feels like Evergreen hired somebody that really cares for the company and take pride in his work. Thank you Evergreen for giving us an amazing office person!

TO THE PEOPLE STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. I visit my elderly mother twice a week and the conditions management allows for these residents to live in is HORRIBLE. This new company evergreen took over a year ago and has dragged this property to the ground. This new company has had 7 property managers before they even reached there year mark. They now have a high schooler running the office with several temporary staff members in and out the building on a weekly basis. You don’t know who’s coming into your home or who they’ll allow into the building to handle your private paperwork and information. The property is old, smells, and is deteriorating rapidly. Washer and dryers are as old as the building, residents doors don’t have handles on them, the front door to the building doesn’t work,
