Hanover Ridge Apartments

Don’t stay here!! Worst apartments ever. My sister currently is dealing with mold on the side of the fridge and her ceiling is caving in. Shes been dealing with this issue for over a week and nobody STILL hasn’t come out to fix it. She’s been calling the maintenance people consistently and no one has picked up. I had to call the leasing office just to get someone on the phone bc they haven’t been picking up for my sister. This is Ridiculous! They don’t care about their tenants at all. If this was the last place to live at, I would sleep on the floor! No one should have to deal with this.

I am a resident at Hanoveridge apts .I love my apartment. Brea is our new office manager. She is nice ,and very professional. Hanoveridge apts are cleaner, and a safer community to make your home.

Called all day from open to close 8/22/25 with no answer as well as office doors being locked and blinds drawn around 10.. Been calling back to back for an hr now on 8/25/25 and still no answer. I'm assuming they either don't be in the office to help tenants and only relys on texting as to why it keeps asking to use text to communicate before sending to nonstop to voicemail.

In the process of vacating, the apartment management and maintenance, took it upon themselves to go through my belongings and steal things that did not belong to them that were taken out of the apartment prior to me arriving.and while being evicted due to being told he was unable to except my payment!!! Upon moving in, I was never given my storage closet key nor my mailbox key. My oven did not work and was never fixed the whole time. I was there people running up and down the stairs at all hours of the night kids screaming outside and making rude comments and gestures towards Other occupants so I do not suggest ever renting from these people unless you want to have your stuff stolen or broken, as well as listening to the nonstop, chaos and lies because they promise you so many things And

Bre has superb service, she goes above and beyond, her duties! She is a true definition of what customers service means!!
