The 2 ladies that work in the office are very rude and ugly inside and out. Especially the one w/ the rotten teeth at the front desk from the very beginning she was not polite at all. She needs to not work with the public. I didn’t catch her name but once she opens her mouth and you see those rotten discolored teeth you’ll know actually who I’m talking about. These ladies act like they hate their job maybe they should go find another one🤷🏽‍♀️

I'm a local contractor who was in talks to perform a service for this complex. One of the officials at Pennrose, Randall Welliver, informed me I would have to purchase an additional insured policy to work for them. I informed Randall of what the cost would be, and he replied "we can work with that". I told him I'd purchase the policy and keep dates open for the service to be performed. After purchasing the policy and sending it to Randall, I reached out to him to confirm a date for the service. Randall proceeded to ignore me and I never received any further communication from him despite reaching out multiple times. I had to call into Crest Manor to be updated, only to be informed that they had chosen another contractor and had decided not to inform me. I'm not bothered by the fact tha

People in this area are respectful polite and clean and understand the importance of having decent housing and appreciate living in the neighborhood and get along well with the folks are so nice whenever I visit visit in the areas.

Residents are harassed, mistreated and extorted while Community Leaders And HUD turn a blind eye.

Nice remodel. Plenty of curb appeal.
