Chimney Top Apartments

If you’re looking for a place to stay,DO NOT come here. Been here for about 6 months and nothing have been fixed since we moved. We moved in on a special (1299) and every month we are paying almost 1500 and they add fees on top and don’t know anything about it.

This is the worst place you could ever move to. The apartments are leaking, and there is no parking available in front of the building. You will have to park your vehicle far away. The office staff will change their behavior as soon as you sign the paperwork, and they will not speak to you the same way they did before.

Terrible place to live. My first month, they drilled a hole in the wall and it took 3 weeks to “fix” it. I reported my neighbor for harassing me, they never did ANYTHING about it. The air conditioning kicks on like a jet engine plane. They “can’t fix it” bugs are swarming outside, and they inevitably get inside. I briefly considered transferring units just cause it might just be my place that’s terrible. NO. They wanted a 300 non refundable transfer fee, plus ANOTHER application fee. Plus deposit and rent of the new place. And to top it off, they wanted to “inspect” my current place. No thanks. I’ll go pay crazy high rent elsewhere. Plus the price they say the apartment costs, add 200 in “admin fees”. Would give 0 stars if possible.

Good experience, well service, no complaints at my stay, but a little stuff here, suggestions… it would be nice to have better laundry place and bigger machines, and also more affordable options for the studio apartment and one bedroom only units. Also that the offers that you guys publish online was applied as courtesy to the current residents not only the new ones if a resident wants to re-apply for another unit. Try to fix the mold complaint and remove carpets on the renovated units. Gate needs to be fixed for the security of everyone, even though is more safer now, good job and thank you for you guys service to be a better complex every day. Blessings.

Quiet complex and friendly neighbors. The apartment is great, love the view from the balcony and the spacious interior. All appliances work great and has a nice bathroom and walk-in closet
