Hope is new to the property, and so far, she has shown potential in her role. She communicates well with tenants and is approachable when concerns arise. She is responsive to maintenance requests and works to address issues in a timely manner. While she is still getting familiar with the property and its operations, she appears to be organized and willing to learn. There is always room for improvement, especially in handling complex tenant issues and streamlining processes. With more time and experience, I believe she will become even more effective in managing the property efficiently.

I’ve lived in this complex for over a year now and have seen great improvements. The current manager Hope is a delight and is very helpful with questions and concerns on the property. Any issues that require maintenance in my unit have been resolved quickly as well. I have enjoyed my time here and I’m happy to call it home.

Stay AWAY! I’ve lived here for a year and Management keeps changing. I’ll be moving out once my lease is over. Izzy (the manger) is never in her office during business hours. She also never answers her phone during business hours. I’ve called the corporate office and they don’t answer either. The dumpster is always over filled which causes tenants to leave their trash on the floor. Which is attracting rats. There is no parking for visitors. There’s paid assigned parking for tenants but everyone parks wherever they want. If you need to tow a vehicle you need a parking card. And guess what I can’t get one because Izzy is never in the office. DO NOT move here!!
