Should be called “Allegro in Hell”! Moved there the 1st of October and as excited as I was, the red flags were there! 1st off my apartment wasn’t ready, even after I made plans to be moving in that morning! I had to wait till they went to clean it. I had been on the phone the past few days with the leasing office planning my move in so it definitely didn’t make sense. After moving in the same day, my hot water wasn’t working. I can say they did send maintenance that afternoon and fixed it. After a week of being moved in, I started to see roaches in the kitchen. I’m a VERY CLEAN person so I couldn’t understand why roaches were coming about. Spoke to Yvanka and she had the bug guy come out and spray. The upcoming weeks the roaches were getting worse. I kept calling and sending emails about i

I have lived at this property for almost two years, with my current lease beginning in May. During that time, we have gone through four different property managers and many changes. The main reason I stayed for a second year was because of promises made by the third property manager that unfortunately were not kept. However, since Lakisha Smith became the property manager, I have seen a major difference in how things are handled. What stands out the most is that she actually does what she says she will do. She listens to residents, makes sure concerns are taken seriously, and most importantly follows up to ensure issues are addressed and resolved. It is clear that she takes pride in doing her job well and making sure the property is being properly managed. For nearly two years I had an o

DO NOT MOVE HERE! They refuse to clean mold in the apartments but powerwashed the outside. Its been 6 months of talking to different property managers, leasing agents, and maintenance and everyone is refusing to do anything about the mold. They also, spread paint everywhere including my mother's urn and dog water and food bowl. Damaged my property multiple times. They refuse to follow up on anything, communication is terrible unless you go in person to the office. The district manager refuses to talk to anyone. If your A/C breaks in the summer it takes two weeks to fix it and it could take a week to get a portable unit that actually blows cool air. Dont even bother calling maintenance overnight, no one will ever show. Your electric bill will be ridiculously expensive for a one bedroom home

I regret ever re-signing my lease this past year, but I really hate moving and that’s the only reason I’m still here. I'll start from the beginning and say that I moved to Tennessee solo from another state in September 2024, exhausted after a long drive, only to find my apartment in disgusting condition upon arrival. A leftover food plate in the linen closet? I brushed it off, hired professional cleaners and tried to make the best of it. That was my first mistake. Fast forward to summer 2025, I started hearing unignorable movement in the walls and ceiling — something alive. For months, I was uncomfortable in my own home. In the Fall, animal control came out, captured two squirrels from the attic and sealed what they thought was the entry point. A month later, the same noises started up ag

I had a fantastic experience working with my leasing agent Ms. Yovnka. She was incredibly helpful in guiding me through the process of selecting the right unit, taking the time to understand what I was looking for and delivering exactly what she promised. Her professionalism and friendly attitude made the entire process smooth and stress-free. The atmosphere here is amazing, and all the amenities are modern and upgraded—definitely a step above the rest. Highly recommend working with her if you’re looking for a place that truly feels like home!
