Zephyr on the Park Apartments

We recently toured Zephyr on the Park Apartments, and it was my first time doing a self-guided tour. To my surprise, I really enjoyed it. it gave us a genuine feel for the apartment without the pressure of having a leasing agent present. Huge shoutout to Melody for making the experience seamless. She had all the information prepared ahead of time and was enthusiastic, professional, and helpful every step of the way. Overall, this was a truly pleasant and smooth touring experience!

Melody is really on top of things! I so appreciate her help while navigating to assist residents with their pets in the building. She helped me today tremendously & I hope she gets proper recognition for outstanding service. Lovely building in the heart of Redmond near everything one could imagine.

I was quite disappointed with the little assistance I received at the leasing office on the afternoon of April 16th (I believe the staff member’s name was Melody). As a resident of two years, I had expected a higher standard of support and professionalism, but they don’t even try to offer bare minimum help to their residents. [Edit 4/18/2025] Starting today, they’re charging $100 for reserving residential lounge—an amenity they originally advertised as included. Absolutely ridiculous. 😅

We really enjoyed our time at the Zephyr over the last year. Our apartment had new everything, was very spacious, well designed, clean, had a gorgeous view of downtown Redmond and Mt Rainier, and had AC which got us comfortably through the 100° weather months. The on-site team is fantastic. Evelyne is super friendly, was always attentive and helpful. The maintenance team helped us with a few minor things, they were friendly and respectful of our time and space. We wouldn't hesitate to live at the Zephyr again.

I was very pleased with how quick and efficient Rylen was with our ARCH recertification. He was extremely helpful putting together our information and being punctual with his responses. Renewing our lease was a first for me so I really appreciate Rylen making the process less stressful.
