Bell Marymoor Park Apartments

I’ve lived here 6 years. It’s a good home. I don’t have a car and walk most places. Marymoor Park and Lake Sammamish Landing Park being nearby is the best! In the summer, you can pick blackberries and swim. Also the Bell staff are consistently kind, and I appreciate their support!

When I was looking for an apartment, Benjamin (the Assistant Community Manager) was amazing in helping me tour and apply. He is so friendly, knowledgeable, and communicative! I always see him waving to residents from his office, which is a small thing but it really makes me feel like they have a great community here. Benjamin went above and beyond to help me, sending me new apartment listings in the community after I initially toured, answering any questions I had, as well as letting me tour a second time and helping resolve any problems that came up during this process. Thanks Benjamin for all of your help and for welcoming me warmly into the community! Unfortunately, whoever lived in my apartment before me was incredibly rough on it, because I've had a lot of maintenance problems since

We've lived at Bell Marymoor Park Apartments for two years and highly recommend it! The staff is excellent, especially Ben, who has great response time and communicates well. He also does a good job coordinating community events. The building is always clean, and the amenities, like the patio grills, are great. The location is fantastic, being right next to Marymoor Park—perfect for taking our dog on walks. We've had a wonderful experience here!

I just moved into Bell Marymoor, and the experience has been amazing so far! The leasing team made everything smooth and stress-free — from the tour to the move-in day, they were friendly, professional, and quick to respond. The apartment itself is spotless, modern, and thoughtfully designed with high-quality finishes. The location couldn’t be better — right by Marymoor Park, with plenty of trails and outdoor space nearby, and still close to shops, restaurants, and downtown Redmond. The community feels quiet and safe, and the amenities (gym, lounge, and package lockers) are clean and well maintained. Overall, it’s been a great start living here. I’m excited to call Bell Marymoor home!

Amazing apartments! The apartments are absolutely beautiful. Very clean and well secured. Roof top lounge with TV, games, BBQ. Business center, lounge with coffee/tea/books etc. Assigned parking. Awesome walking/biking/dog paths. Very quiet area. Right next door to Marymoor Park. Manager Matthew is awesome. Jack manager of facilities is awesome. I am never leaving here! :) Ps I have a studio which is amazing for me :)
