Allez Apartments

We are loving our time living at Allez. The building and grounds are well kept and the unit itself is well appointed. The few minor maintenance issues we've had were handled promptly and professionally. The rent is fair for the market and location. And speaking of location - it cannot be beat. The property backs up to the fantastic Sammamish River Trail, and yet is literally only a few blocks to every conceivable service - grocery, restaurants, community center, library, pet stores, banks, bars, health care of all sorts, and of course coffee galore (including a great spot right in the building). Allez is the perfect balance of modern urban convenience and access to nature and the outdoors.

Cheyenne was great in helping me secure my apartment and helpful in every way. The maintenance team with Kenneth and Justin fix any issues often the very next day. Great team!

Cheyenne, Larry, Justin, and the team have been wonderful and kind. From finding carts for me to move items after I hurt my knee to warm greetings and answering my questions, you can really tell that they care about their residents. This was one of the main reasons I renewed my lease. My parking spot worked out nicely because I went to check out the available spots in person. I like the studio apartment layout a lot because there is a sliding door that separates it from the living room area. At first, I wondered why the lower floor didn't have patio fences, but the surrounding trees and landscaping created natural partitions. My happiest day at Allez was the day we left. This apartment was a non-stop horror story. LOTS OF MOLD in the apartment day 1 of us moving in. It was so bad that we could not sleep in the apartment because we could not breathe the air. It was not addressed by management for 2 WEEKS. They assured us that it would be handled and cleaned, but the attempt to clean it was an Allez employee with a steamer and he failed to clean the mold. After over 3 weeks of this issue persisting, I finally just hired a single housekeeping service with my own money to come and clean. She also had to clean the kitchen for us, that was covered in FOOD DEBRIS on the cabinets, in the microwave, and inside the drawers as well. Elevators not ADA compliant. So many stairs. Are the trying to defend against Daleks? Two elevators. Only one goes through the main door. Stairs outside and stairs from the lobby to get to the second elevator. There's no call button to get the lobby elevator. You have to send the wrong elevator to another floor to summon the correct one. What kind of short bus passenger was responsible for this design? Unforgivably bad.
